10 Minute Business Plan

Leila Chalk • Feb 05, 2020

And how to use it

Our Ten Minute Business Plan was something we created for our clients who were looking at either opening a new business or scaling up their existing endevaours.

The idea behind the Ten Minute Business Plan was simple - to create a series of quick questions forcing clients to look at the concepts and ideas that underpin their business and to help them put to paper what it is they envisage.

Most start-ups we speak to promise that they will create a business plan, but often we do not see something coming together for years after they launched. We now know this is because they are struggling with the divide between working in business and working on their business. This leaves the business without a rudder, and clients miss out on potential areas of growth. What's worse, because nothing has been put to paper, the matters of business hygiene never get addressed.

Don't waste time reading this blog post. Answer the questions, and use them as the springboard for your new adventure.
