So that we can get started on your divorce application form, we just need a little bit of information. This form is for clients who are applying for a divorce as sole applicants.
Sole application – When you are applying on your own, you need to answer all the questions that relate to you and the other party to the marriage. If you do not know the answer and have made all attempts to find the answer, insert ‘not known’. If you do not answer all the questions, your divorce application may not be accepted by the Court.
