This was a really important issue for us, because we know that helping our lawyers and clients stay healthy means that we will all be more happy (and more productive).
Q: Should I still be exercising while working from home?
A: Absolutely! Any type of exercise and stretching is vital while working from home. Benefits of exercise include:
1. Strength and overall tone
2. Stress relief
3. Weight loss
4. Improved self confidence
Q: What kind of exercise regime is available to me during social distancing?
A: We are specialists in boxing and kickboxing. There’s no better way to train than being able to punch and kick your stress away on the pads. It’s no contact and no sparring, so you will not be at risk of getting injured. We offer Functional Classes that are super important for your strength and flexibility, especially if you have a sedentary job. And the best way to get fit in a short period of time is to do our HIIT classes. Short 30 minutes sessions that will have you sweating and burning fat well after the session has finished. Fabulous metabolism boost. These classes are all available at the studio ( we are up to date with social distancing and take sanitising and monitoring of the studio very seriously).
Q: I am in self isolation / can't get to the studio. Now what?
A: These sessions can also be available online as virtual training and can be catered to suit your teams needs. We also offer personal and small group training via virtual training. If there’s a will, there is a way.
Q: What does supporting local businesses mean to you?
A: Supporting local business means that we support and give strength to each other during the good times and the trying times.
I feel that it is very important we all stick together and give each other the power of positivity to push through challenges and help one another like never before. We all have something special to offer to each other.
